Bienvenidos! Our first visit to Competa was several years ago and we immediately fell in love with the village and the surrounding region, and we know you will too. We have renovated three traditional properties in and around the village to create luxury rentals with all the modern conveniences. A traditional Spanish townhouse that has been fully renovated in a classic modern style, Casa Calle Piedras is ideally located in the white-washed village of Competa.
Casa Gato Azul
A larger Spanish townhouse, fully renovated and benefitting from a fabulous roof terrace complete with hot tub, Casa Gato Azul (Blue Cat) enjoys wonderful views over the rooftops of Competa.
Studio Amanecer
Studio Amanecer (Sunrise Studio) is set in the breathtaking countryside outside the neighbouring village of Canillas de Albaida, offering complete peace and tranquillity, with access to a swimming pool.

We can highly recommend staying at this apartment. Wagih and Michelle are delightful people, very quick in responding to any of our questions. The apartment is newly renovated (from an original older building) and decorated with every detail thought through, everything worked well and no expense spared. We were very comfortable and happy to be there. We ate most meals on the roof terrace with the lovely view of the foothills and mountains around. It was tranquil, sunny and delightful. We’ll certainly be back sometime."
